• April to September     £275 per week

Long term rentals available. 

Two double bedrooms – one with built in wardrobes, the other has hanging space and a dressing table with wicker baskets for storage. Both rooms have double beds.

Shower room – with wash basin, wc, heated towel rail and hair dryer.

Kitchen  – fully fitted with electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, ironing board, iron. Double doors leading to small balcony.

Utility  – located on the top floor is a utility room/cloakroom with wc, washing machine and gas boiler.

Lounge  – airy, sunny room with double doors leading onto small balcony. Log burning stove, satellite television, radio, CD, cassette player, ipod docking station.

Sunny roof terrace - with views across the valley; on one side towards the Sierra Nevada; on the other towards the Ermita. There are deckchairs, a table, bench and chairs, lighting and a shower on the terrace. An ideal living area in the summer months.

Bed linen, towels, beach towels and tea towels are included. The property is cleaned and bedlinen/towels changed at the end of each let. This can be more often by arrangement.

This house is a comfortable place from which to enjoy the delights of the Lecrin Valley. It is fully equipped for up to 4 people and has easy access by car with parking only a few seconds walk away. It is newly renovated and equipped and this is the first time it has been made available for rental.

The house is not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone with very limited mobility. Not suitable for young children.

The roof terrace has a table, chairs, deck chairs and views across the valley.

Booking – Minimum stay one week; start day flexible. Deposit of 30% deposit required within 7 days of booking and full payment required 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. A refundable security deposit is required. The deposit is 100 euros normally payable locally which will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.
